IPF mHealth Exercise
Patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) who are stable on antifibrotic therapy at least 3 months will be randomized to complete a 12-week home exercise intervention using an mHealth platform, plus a pre- and post-intervention monitoring period (4 weeks each) and in-person study assessments.

Each patient will be followed up to one year after the last enrolled patient. Each patient will be followed up to one year after the last enrolled patient. This study plans to collect clinical information at the time of diagnosis and at various follow-ups to evaluate the efficacy of first-line therapies. Diagnostic and therapeutic data will be collected from routine clinical evaluations and laboratory and instrumental investigations...

Longitudinal Changes in Serum KL-6 in IPF
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a chronic lung disease with a poor prognosis. More accurate tests to predict disease progression and response to treatment are required. Krebs von den Lungen-6 (KL-6) is a blood marker associated with IPF. Results from previous studies have shown that levels of KL-6 are higher in patients with IPF compared to people without the disease. In addition, it is not clear what impact treatment has on KL-6 levels, and whether this could help us to monitor how effective treatment for IPF is. The investigators plan to perform a study in which KL-6 levels in the blood of patients with a new diagnosis...

Longitudinal Study for Eosinophilic Granulomatosis With Polyangiitis (Churg-Strauss)
Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Churg-Strauss) (EGPA) is a rare immune system disorder that causes asthma, an excessive number of eosinophils (a type of white blood cell) in the blood, and the inflammation of blood vessels, or vasculitis. In order to properly treat EGPA, it is critical that the level of disease activity can be determined over the course of the disease. The purpose of this study is to determine new biological markers, or biomarkers, that may be used to assess the severity of this disease in people with EGPA.

Low-Dose Danazol for the Treatment of Telomere Related Diseases
Background: DNA is a structure in the body. It contains data about how the body develops and works. Telomeres are found on the end of chromosomes in DNA. Some people with short telomeres or other gene changes can develop diseases of the bone marrow, lung, and liver. Researchers want to see if low doses of the hormone drug danazol can help. Objective: To study the safety and effect of low dose danazol. Eligibility: People ages 3 and older with a telomere disease who have either very short telomeres and a specific gene change. They must also show signs of aplastic anemia, lung, or liver disease. ...

Low Dose Naltrexone to Improve Physical Health in Patients With Vasculitis
Naltrexone is an FDA approved drug (for alcoholism) that has found widespread use "off-label" to treat pain and improve quality of life at much lower doses than are used for the approved indication. There are a few scientific studies in three conditions (fibromyalgia, Crohn's disease, and multiple sclerosis) that suggest that this drug has benefit and is safe. However, considering the extent of use in other conditions, and uncertainty about the mechanism of action study is needed in a diverse set of diseases, including vasculitis. The purpose of this clinical trial is to determine if low dose naltrexone is effective in improving...
