A Home-based Physical Activity Programme for Patients With Advanced Interstitial Lung Diseases (iLiFE)
Interstitial lung diseases (ILD) are a highly incapacitating group of chronic respiratory diseases, leading to disabling symptoms and impaired capacity to perform activities of daily living and health-related quality of life (HRQoL). It is known that people with ILD are highly inactive and sedentary, and in a severe stage of the disease, these people spend most of the time at home, increasing dependency on others, and decrease HRQoL. Physical activity is a cost-effective intervention, which increases the HRQoL, exercise capacity and ability to perform activities of daily living in people with chronic respiratory diseases. However, few ...

A Multicenter Prospective Study of Risk Factors in Progressive Pulmonary Fibrosis
The goal of this observational study is to learn about risk of progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF). The main questions it aims to answer are: - Risk factors of PPF - Prevalence of PPF - Mortality of PPF Patients with interstitial lung disease (ILD) of known or unknown etiology other than IPF who has radiological evidence of pulmonary fibrosis will enroll in this study. - All participants will have baseline investigations at the first visit having provided informed consent. - At the first visit, baseline characteristics will be collected including demographics, medical...

Analysis of Specimens From Individuals With Pulmonary Fibrosis
The etiology of pulmonary fibrosis is unknown. Analyses of blood, genomic DNA, and specimens procured by bronchoscopy, lung biopsy, lung transplantation, clinically-indicated extra-pulmonary biopsies, or post-mortem examination from individuals with this disorder may contribute to our understanding of the pathogenic mechanisms of pulmonary fibrosis. The purpose of this protocol is to procure and analyze blood, genomic DNA, and specimens by bronchoscopy, lung biopsy, lung transplantation, extra-pulmonary biopsies, or post-mortem examination from subjects with pulmonary fibrosis. In addition, blood, genomic DNA, clinically-indicated...

An Atlas of Airways at a Single Cell Level in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and Controls
The increasing incidence of chronic respiratory disease is a public health problem that affects hundreds of thousands of people worldwide at all ages. Directly exposed to atmospheric airborne contaminants (pollution, allergens), the respiratory tract represents a complex ecosystem involving different cells (multiciliated, basal, mucosecretory, neuroendocrine, etc.) that develop complex interactions with the surrounding connective tissue but also with their rich immune environment and the local microbiota. Although a pathophysiological continuum is postulated between the nasal and bronchial airways in certain diseases, such as...

An Extension Study of Treprostinil Palmitil Inhalation Powder (TPIP) for Pulmonary Hypertension Associated With Interstitial Lung Disease (PH-ILD)
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the long-term use of TPIP in participants with PH-ILD from Study INS1009-211 (NCT05176951) and other lead-in studies of TPIP in participants with PH-ILD.

An International Patient-led Registry in Fibrotic Interstitial Lung Diseases Using eHealth Technology
The I-FILE study is a prospective multicenter, multinational observational study where the feasibility of a patient-led registry using home monitoring in patients with pulmonary fibrosis will be evaluated. The aim of the study is to gain more insights in disease behavior in patients with pulmonary fibrosis, so in future patients with progressive disease can be better identified.

A Non-pharmacological Cough Control Therapy
Coughing affects almost all individuals with ILD leading to physical, psychological and social distress and prevents individuals from performing their activities of daily living, working or socialising in public places. Unfortunately, there are no licensed medications available to treat chronic cough and the few drugs that have been tried resulted in little efficacy and significant side effects. Drug-free cough control interventions have shown promise in reducing the severity and impact of coughing on patients' lives but have not been tested in individuals with ILD. This study aims to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of a...

An Open-label Study of Povetacicept (ALPN-303) in Autoimmune Kidney Diseases
The goal of this clinical study is to evaluate multiple dose levels of povetacicept (ALPN-303) in adults with immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephropathy, membranous nephropathy, lupus-related kidney disease (lupus nephritis). or anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) associated vasculitis to determine if povetacicept is safe and potentially beneficial in treating these diseases. During the study treatment period, participants will receive povetacicept approximately every 4 weeks for 6 months, with the possibility of participating in a 6-month treatment extension period and an optional 52 week treatment extension period.
